Is there any minimum spending required for each transaction?

There is no minimum spending requirement for self-collection orders. However, a minimum spend is required for delivery to Zone A or Zone B.

Do you offer delivery service?

Our delivery services are categorized into Zone A and Zone B, each with its own minimum spending requirement and corresponding delivery fee. Please consult the table below for details.

There's an extra $10 surcharge for deliveries to Sentosa, Jurong Island, and Tuas (Table 2). This surcharge also applies a week before and after festive periods like Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year. Additional surcharge of $40 will be imposed for venue without lift landing.

What are your self-collection hours?

Sunday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. (Closed on all Saturday). If you need an alternate collection time, WhatsApp to make arrangement. 

Where can I self-collect? 

Self collection will be at 1550 Bedok North Ave 4, #03-19, Singapore 489950

How long in advance must I placed my orders?

At least four days in advance, excluding the day of purchase. 

How will I know if I have successfully placed an order?

Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will contain details of your purchase, including the order number and the collection dates.

Our customer service personnel will also contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your order and finalize the collection date and time. 

What are the payment options available for Imperial Kitchen?

We only accept PAYNOW.

Are there any allergens present in your products?

Our products may contain the following ingredients: seafood, milk, eggs, nuts and wheat gluten. We strongly advise checking with us beforehand before making any purchase. For customers with severe food allergies, we reserve the right to refuse orders to mitigate potential risks. Please understand that Imperial Kitchen Pte Ltd cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our products.

Can I order via Imperial Kitchen online ordering system without creating an account?

You are required to create a free account with us to place an order. As a registered user, your account details are saved and secured to ensure smooth future checkouts.

Furthermore, you will be able to view your past orders in a single click. 

Can I place bulk orders online?

For corporate/bulk orders, please email admin@imfg.com.sg or Whatspp Us .

Other Information:

  • No refunds will be entertained for any uncollected items.
  • Our food items are packaged in food-grade material that is non-toxic and safe for both food storage and reheating.
  • Please ensure that you place the food item(s) in the freezer immediately upon pick-up.
  • Please make sure to consume the food items before the expiry date as indicated on the packaging.
  • All items, menus and prices are subjected to changes or withdrawal without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
